With 20 years of cumulative experience in law and industrial relations, Irina Grudco supports businesses in managing their legal and HR challenges with rigour, clarity, and strategic insight.

Her dual training in law (LL.B.) and industrial relations (B.Sc.) enables her to offer an integrated approach, combining compliance, risk prevention, and operational efficiency.

At GI-LAW Avocats, she advises and represents clients in business law, labour law, and civil and administrative litigation, while prioritizing mediation and negotiation as tools for sustainable conflict resolution.

As a law intern at GI Law, Sonja Mullan brings multidisciplinary expertise spanning law, human resources, industrial relations, and strategic consulting. With several years of experience in senior management roles within highly regulated sectors (construction, transportation, and public administration), she offers a rare combination of legal knowledge, organizational strategy, and practical business insight.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Sonja supports the firm’s clients in areas such as civil and contract law, workplace investigations, policy development, and mediation. She provides pragmatic, solution-oriented advice that bridges legal analysis with real-world management.

Fluent in English, French and Russian, passionate about understanding the law in practice, Arina is gaining hands-on experience across various areas, including civil law, labour law, and dispute resolution.
